【KOMOJU Terminal】How can I check the transactions created in the terminal on the KOMOJU management screen?

By checking the “Order ID” information on the KOMOJU Terminal, you can search for the corresponding transaction on the KOMOJU management screen.

1. Tap "Manage Transactions" on the terminal

2. The number in the following section of Manage Transactions is the relevant “Order ID”.

3. On the KOMOJU management screen, go to Payments => More filters => Order ID and enter “Order ID” to search for the corresponding transaction
