After your KOMOJU application is approved, please update your payment settings in Shopify to use KOMOJU in Live mode.
Due to Shopify’s specifications, the expiration period for “Pending” (awaiting payment) status is set to 72 hours.
After 72 hours, orders in Shopify will automatically change from Pending to Expired.
This is a Shopify specification.
However, KOMOJU allows payments to be made until the deadline set on the KOMOJU side, and customers will be notified based on KOMOJU’s deadline.
Once the payment is confirmed, the Shopify order status will automatically change from Expired → Paid.

After the Review is Completed
Once your review is approved, you will be able to switch between Test Mode and Live Mode as shown below.
If this option is not displayed, it means that the review and contract have not yet been completed.
You can check this from the bottom of the left-hand menu in your KOMOJU dashboard.
Step 1: From the KOMOJU dashboard, go to Settings → External Connections, then click "Get started."
Step 2: Click the Connect button for the payment method you wish to enable.
You will then be redirected to Shopify.
Note: If the button is displayed as Apply instead of Connect, it means that the application has not yet been submitted or is still under review. Once the review is completed, the button will change to Connect.
Step 3: Log in to Shopify.
If you manage multiple stores, select the Shopify store to connect with KOMOJU.
Step 4: On Shopify, click Install in the upper right corner of the payment method screen.
Step 5: In the lower right corner of the screen, click Install.
Step 6: Select the KOMOJU account you wish to connect, then click Connect.
*This page will be skipped if you only have one KOMOJU account.
Step 7: Click Activate to complete the setup.
The setting is correct when the toggle for Test Mode is positioned on the left.
If the toggle is positioned on the right, the account will remain in Test Mode, so please make sure to check this setting.
