Cases Requiring a New Application
If there is a change in the operating company or contract name, a new application with a new account is required, rather than updating your existing registration information.
Examples:
- Incorporation of a sole proprietorship
- Transfer of business operations to another party
- Company name change due to a merger (when the corporate number changes)
In the cases above, we cannot accept changes to your current registration. Please proceed with a new application following the steps below.
How to Apply
Please create a new account with the correct (updated) name and submit a Live Mode application. You can also add a new account under your current user email address.

About Switching Accounts
Once the new account is approved, you may switch the connection from the current account to the new account on your shop site at your convenience. This completes the switch.
The current account will be suspended sequentially once the final payout of the remaining balance is completed.
No Downtime:
There will be no downtime for KOMOJU services during the transition from the new application to the deactivation of the current account.
About Payouts
Payouts are sent to the bank account registered for each specific account. It is not possible to transfer or combine the sales from the current account to the new account's name.
About Transaction Status Updates
Please note that if there are any "Authorized" transactions in your current account, the status will not be synchronized to your platform even if the payment is captured after switching to the new account.
