When applying to use KOMOJU, you can choose your payout cycle as either Monthly or Weekly.
You can change your payout cycle from the KOMOJU Dashboard by following the steps below.
How to Change Your Payout Cycle
Step 1: Go to the KOMOJU Dashboard > Click “Financial” in the left menu > Click “Payout Balance”
Step 2: Click “Payout Settings” on the right side
Step 3: Select your preferred payout frequency and click “Save Changes” on the right
Important Notes
- If you change your payout cycle when no payments have been processed yet (e.g., right after activation), the change will apply immediately.
- If you are using an overseas bank account, a transfer fee of 2,500 JPY will be charged for each payout.
- If the payout date falls on a public holiday, the funds will be transferred on the next business day of the bank.
