If you would like to add more payment methods, please follow the steps below.
When under review
If your KOMOJU Terminal application is still under review and you wish to add payment methods, please click the "Start Payment" button in your dashboard.
Step 1: Go to KOMOJU > Dashboard > Activate Payments
Step 2: Select Enable Payments
Step 3: Choose the payment methods you wish to add
If you are already using KOMOJU in Live Mode
Step 1: Go to KOMOJU > Payment Methods
*Please make sure your KOMOJU dashboard is set to Live Mode. You can check this at the bottom of the left-hand menu bar.
Step 2: Select the payment methods you wish to add
*If any required information is missing, an application form will be displayed after you select a payment method.
Please fill in all the required fields, click Next, and then select the desired payment method again.

- During the review process, if additional information or page revisions are required, the review may take longer than the standard time. Please allow sufficient time when submitting your application.
