About Reports SFTP Server
💡This function is intended for use when a merchant’s own system is reconciling transaction data. Through an SFTP server, it becomes possible to automatically and securely receive settlement reports and daily transaction reports.
Regarding access methods to the SFTP server and the procedure for generating keys on the server, please note that this differs for each merchant. Our support desk is unable to provide assistance for these matters. Thank you for your understanding.
How to Set Up
Step 1: Generate an SSH key pair and save the private key on your server.
Step 2: Log in to KOMOJU and navigate to the Settings page. Locate the Reports SFTP Settings section.
Step 3: Toggle any switch. A popup will appear prompting you to submit your public key.
Step 4: After submission, the SFTP server login details will be displayed. You can also upload sample files to the SFTP server for testing.
How to Login and Download File from SFTP Server
Please use your private key to log in. The login command will vary depending on which client you are using. After logging in, you will find the reports located in your home directory.

- Payments report (daily)

When will the Reports be Uploaded?
- Settlement report
For weekly payout merchants: Every Saturday
For monthly payout merchants: On the 1st day of each month
※ If no settlement occurs, no file will be uploaded.
- Payments report(Daily)
Around 9am
※ Even if there are no transactions, a blank file will be uploaded.
