Please execute all refund processes directly from your KOMOJU dashboard. Since the refund status does not automatically sync to Wix, you must manually update the order status on your Wix dashboard after the refund is processed on KOMOJU.

Select the relevant order from "Transactions" on your KOMOJU dashboard, and complete the refund process by clicking the "Refund" button on the details screen. Afterward, manually change the status of the corresponding order in your Wix dashboard.
