KOMOJU requires no initial setup or monthly fees. The only fees incurred are the "transaction fee" per order and the "transfer fee" upon payout (Domestic: 220 JPY / 410 JPY, Overseas: 2,500 JPY), which are automatically deducted from your sales.
*For transactions that have been completed and the status is "Captured", the transaction fee will be charged even if you later process a refund.

How Transaction Fees are Calculated
Transaction fees are calculated per transaction, and the total amount is deducted from your sales. Rounding to the nearest whole number is applied during the calculation of both the transaction fee and the consumption tax.
*Please note that an additional consumption tax will be applied to the fee rates displayed on the dashboard.
* If you are registered as an overseas merchant, the consumption tax on the transaction fee (Calculation 2 above) is not applied.
About Transfer Fees
The following transfer fees apply when your sales are paid out to your designated bank account.
- Domestic bank transfer (under 30,000 JPY): 220 JPY
- Domestic bank transfer (30,000 JPY or more): 410 JPY
- Overseas bank transfer: 2,500 JPY per transfer
