Overview of the KOMOJU Card
The KOMOJU Card is a service that issues a “corporate prepaid card” to merchants using KOMOJU. By charging the card with sales proceeds collected through KOMOJU, merchants can use it as one of the ways to utilize their sales funds.
※The application button for the KOMOJU Card is displayed in the accounts of only some merchants who meet the eligibility requirements.
※The card is a VISA prepaid card that functions like a credit card and can therefore be used at online shops or physical stores nationwide that accept VISA.
※To use the card, you must first charge the card account using your KOMOJU sales balance (unsettled balance).
Benefits of Using the KOMOJU Card
<Instant Access to Sales Funds>
Normally, merchants must wait up to two weeks (or up to two months) to receive payments via bank transfer. By issuing a KOMOJU Card, merchants can charge their sales proceeds to the card and start using the funds on the same day.
<Card Issuance>
There are two types of cards: a “Virtual Card” and a “Physical Card”.
Once the “Physical Card” has been activated, you will also be able to apply for a “Virtual Card”.
The physical card will be delivered to the address specified during the application within 3–5 business days, while the virtual card will be issued instantly online.
<Centralized Management as a Corporate Card>
After using the card, you can upload receipts to the dashboard and leave notes related to the transaction. This eliminates the need for accounting personnel to contact card users to collect such information. Administrative users have full authority over the card, allowing them to review transaction details, download reports with receipts, and suspend or terminate the card at any time.
<Point Rewards>
0.5% of the total card transaction amount will be credited back to the merchant’s KOMOJU account.
