How to Check Your Refund

Once a refund is processed by the store, it will be reflected in your card balance.

If a refund occurs on a KOMOJU Card transaction, the refunded amount will be returned to your KOMOJU Card Account ＞ Card Account Balance.

<Important>
Once a refund is issued, any cashback associated with that transaction will be voided.
