How to check the Suite ID

This page explains how to check the suite ID when using your KOMOJU card.

The external ID can be used by the store to identify the transaction, such as when processing a refund.

Step 1: KOMOJU Card ＞ Account Statement

Step 2: Select the relevant transaction in the Account Statement

Step 3: Check the Suite ID

You can find it under "Suite ID" within the authorization Information.
