Can customers use payment methods other than cash?
In principle, payments must be made in cash only. However, the following payment methods are available at specific stores:
- FamilyMart: FamiPay
- 7-Eleven: nanaco
How to Pay at 7-Eleven
As of October 31, 2024, customers can display the payment slip directly from the payment completion screen.
- Select “7-Eleven” on the payment method selection screen.
- Enter the required information (such as your name) and click the “Pay” button.
- The KOMOJU payment completion screen will be displayed.
- Click the “Display Payment Slip” button on the screen.
- Present the payment slip shown in the new window at the register to complete your payment.
Important Notes and Expiration for FamilyMart Barcode Payments
The following applies when displaying a barcode on a smartphone for payment:
- The barcode is valid for 10 minutes.
- Screenshots or printed copies of the barcode cannot be used.
Can an expired barcode be redisplayed?
Yes, a new barcode can be generated even after the previous one has expired. Please follow the appropriate steps below depending on your situation.
■ If the barcode display screen remains open
After 10 minutes, a new barcode will automatically be generated and displayed on the screen.
■ If the screen has been closed
Please follow the steps below to regenerate the barcode using the link:
- Open the “Payment Instructions” email sent to the customer.
- Click the payment link provided in the email.
- A new barcode will be displayed.
- Present the new barcode at the register.
