Once a convenience store payment (Konbini payment) is created, the selected convenience store cannot be changed. Please instruct the customer to cancel their current order and place a new one.
How to Assist Your Customers
If a customer contacts you to change their selected convenience store (e.g., FamilyMart, Lawson, Seven-Eleven), please follow these steps:
- Request the customer to re-order
Inform them: "Due to system limitations, the selected convenience store cannot be changed after the order is completed. We will cancel your current order, so please place a new order and select your preferred convenience store at checkout." - Cancel the original order
Cancel the corresponding order (transaction) on your side.

To cancel the payment directly on the KOMOJU Dashboard, follow the steps below:
- Click "Transactions" from the left menu on the KOMOJU Dashboard.
- Select the relevant transaction that has a "Pending" status.
- Click the "Cancel" button in the top-right corner of the transaction details screen to invalidate the payment.
