There are six types of emails that can be sent from KOMOJU, divided into two categories: for customers and for merchants. You can configure whether or not to send each type.
For Customers

Payment instruction email

Payment confirmation email

Payment reminder email (before the payment due date)

Payment refund email
For Merchants

Payment notification (automatically sent to the merchant when payment is completed for methods such as convenience store payments or bank transfers)

How to Configure Email Sending Settings
1.You can configure the sending of emails by going to Settings > Email Settings and toggling them ON or OFF.
If the toggle is ON (blue and positioned to the right, as shown below), the email setting is enabled.
2. The setting will be completed by turning ON (blue and positioned to the right) the toggle for the email you wish to send.
Email notifications from KOMOJU are sent to the email address registered to your KOMOJU account (including those with support permissions).
Changes made in Test mode will not be reflected in Live mode.
You will need to configure the settings separately for each mode.
