Notification emails sent from KOMOJU to customers can be resent from the relevant transaction page.
How to resend
Step 1: Go to the KOMOJU Admin Panel > Payments
Step 2: Customer Information > Email Instructions
Step 3: Specify the recipient email address > Send
If the original email address is incorrect, you can change it to any other email address and resend the email.
If you would like to receive a preview of the email, please send it to the merchant’s email address.
