How to Lock/Terminate a KOMOJU Card

This page explains how to lock or terminate your KOMOJU Card.

In the event of a lost or stolen card, please follow these steps to lock or terminate the card yourself immediately.

Steps to Lock Your KOMOJU Card

Step 1: Log in to the KOMOJU dashboard

Step 2: KOMOJU Card > Select the relevant card

Step 3: Click on "Card Settings"

Step 4: Click the "Lock your card" button

Steps to Terminate Your KOMOJU Card

Step 1: Log in to the KOMOJU dashboard

Step 2: KOMOJU Card > Select the relevant card

Step 3: Click on "Card Settings"

Step 4: Click the "Terminate" button

Step 5: Enter the security code > Terminate

Please check your authenticator app for the security code.
