Currently, we have confirmed an issue affecting some merchants where clicking “Contact Us” in the admin panel does not display the inquiry form and instead redirects back to the admin dashboard, or the page does not transition correctly.
This issue occurs when email address verification for the account has not been completed. Please complete the email verification by following the steps below.
Issue Details
- The inquiry form does not open when clicking the “Contact Us” button in the admin panel.
- The page is automatically redirected to the admin dashboard.

If the message shown below appears on your screen, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification.
*Please note that even if you have already completed verification in the past, re-verification may still be required.
For users who do not see the above message
Please follow the steps below to re-verify your email address.
Step 1. Access the email verification page
While logged in to the admin panel, click "Account details" from the settings page below.
Step 2. Access the Live Application Info page
Click "Show details" located at the bottom of Basic Information > Live Application Info.
Step 3. Send the verification email
Click the “Resend verification email” button displayed on the screen.
Step 4. Check the email and click the link
An email with the subject “KOMOJU - Verify your email address” will be sent to your registered email address. Please click the verification link in the email.
Step 5. Access the inquiry form again
After completing verification, click “Contact Us” on KOMOJU dashboard. The inquiry form will be displayed correctly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: I have already completed “Account Activation (Invitation)”. Is this still necessary?
Yes, it is still required. Currently, we have confirmed an issue where verification information is not being transmitted correctly for some users who activated their accounts via the invitation email. Re-verifying your email address by following the steps above will resolve this issue.
Q2: I did not receive the verification email.
Please check your spam or junk mail folder, or ensure that emails from no-reply@komoju.com can be received.
