If you log in using the email address registered with KOMOJU via the URL below, you can view your past inquiry history along with their statuses

Note:
You cannot log in using an email address that is not registered with KOMOJU, and inquiries sent from unregistered addresses will not appear in your history.
How to Reply
- You can also view the tickets displayed on this “My requests” via email. You can reply directly from the email or from within the “My requests” screen.
- Select the subject of the ticket you want to reply to, and you will be taken to the details screen.
- Click “Add to conversation” at the bottom of the screen, and a reply box will appear.
- After entering your reply, please click “Submit.”
- Once submitted, the ticket status will be updated to “Open,” and KOMOJU team will review and respond to your inquiry in the order.
