Conditions for Eligible Account Holder Names
The account holder name that can be registered is strictly determined by your contract type. Bank accounts under a third party’s name that differs from the contract name cannot be registered.

Corporate
- Changes can only be made to a bank account under the corporate name that is contracted with KOMOJU. Accounts under the representative’s personal name cannot be registered.
- If there has been a change in the corporate name and the payout bank account has also changed, please contact us via the inquiry form, as the company name change procedure must be completed as well.

Sole Proprietors
- Changes can only be made to an account under the representative’s personal name or an account that includes the trade name (store name).
Procedure for Changes (Under the Same Account Holder Name)
If there is no change to the account holder name (or the change falls within the rules above) and only the financial institution or branch is being changed, please follow the steps below.
- Log in to the KOMOJU Admin Panel and click “Contact Us.”
- State that you wish to change your bank account information and submit the inquiry.
- You will receive an email from the support team with a template for the “Bank Account Change Application Form” and an upload URL for submission.
- Fill in the new bank account information on the application form and upload it to the designated URL.
- Once the procedure is completed by our department, you will receive a completion email and the change will be reflected.
In Cases of Incorporation (Transition to a Corporation) or Business Transfer
If you have changed your organization from a sole proprietorship to a corporation (incorporation), or if the operating company has changed, this cannot be handled through the bank account change procedure.

Since the contracting entity (operator) changes, the following actions are required:
- Re-registration of the account is required. Please create a new KOMOJU account under the new name (e.g., corporate name) and complete a new Live Mode (production environment) application and screening process.
- The bank account information of an existing account cannot be rewritten to a new corporate name.
