If you find a suspicious transaction or refund, contact security-contact@komoju.com with the transaction ID (or order ID).

No secondary damage, such as fraudulent payments, has been confirmed at this time.

What to do next

  1. Log in to the KOMOJU dashboard
  2. Open "Transactions" and check for any suspicious transactions or refunds
  3. If you find anything suspicious, contact security-contact@komoju.com with the transaction ID (or order ID)
