If the email address you wish to update is registered as the owner address for multiple accounts, changing the owner address for one account will automatically update the owner address for all accounts.

How to Change the Owner Email Address
1. Click 【Settings】＞【User Details】
2. Click on 【Change email】
3. Enter your “new email address” and login password, and press “Save” to send a confirmation email to your new email address.
4. Click on the “Verify my email address” link in the email to complete the change.

How to Change the Owner Email Address for Selected Accounts Among Multiple Accounts
1. Click 【Settings】＞【Account Details】
2. Click “invite User” in the Users section.
3. Add the new owner's email address as an Admin.
4. After completing the addition, please contact our support desk to request the change of the owner's email address. We will update the owner's email address on our side.
