You can now download transaction files of more than 10,000 transactions in a batch from the [Payments] or [Reports] pages of the KOMOJU portal.
As before, you can download the files in either CSV or Excel format. Please refer to the following for download instructions.
Step 1: Access the Payment page or the Reports page
[Payments page]
Select “Payments” from the left menu bar ⇒ Press Download in CSV or Excel from the upper right corner
*Transaction dates and times, as well as the date and captured date/time etc, can be specified from the following.
[Reports page]
Select “Financial” in the left menu bar => Select "Reports" => Press Download in CSV or Excel from the upper right corner.
*Captured date and time etc, can be specified from the following.
<If the number of transactions to be downloaded is less than 10,000 >
You can download the data directly from the KOMOJU portal by clicking Download CSV or Excel same as before. The download procedure completes here.
<If the number of transactions to be downloaded is more than 10,000 >
The following message will be displayed and the data will be sent by e-mail. It may take a few minutes for the data to be sent. Please refer to Step 2 for further downloading instructions.
Step 2: Downloading data via email
An email with a link to download the file will be sent to the email address where you performed the Step 1 action. By clicking the link attached to the e-mail, you can download the file.
