You can check the settlement status from the Financial > Balance&Payouts page in the KOMOJU Merchant Dashboard.
Status of the “Upcoming Payouts” Section
Settlements displayed under “Upcoming Payouts” are currently in the Pending status, as they are awaiting settlement processing.
The sales amount will be transferred by us on the date indicated in the payout date field.
Status of the “Past Payouts” Section
The “Past Payouts” section includes the following status types.
Paid
The settlement has been completed and the funds have been successfully transferred to your bank account.
Transfer Overdue
The scheduled transfer date has passed, but the payout has not been completed.
This status may appear when the payout cannot be processed due to issues such as incomplete bank account information.
Cancelled
The settlement has been cancelled.
The payout will not be processed on the scheduled transfer date.
Bounced
The payout from KOMOJU to the merchant was not successfully completed.
Suspended
The payout process has been suspended due to verification or investigation reasons.
