This page explains how to change the terminal name of KOMOJU Terminals.
<Please note>
If you need to change the Terminal name, you will need to delete the terminal and set up a new terminal from the beginning with a new terminal name.
(Please note that if you delete the device, you will not be able to view your previous transaction history from that device.)
- Go to Terminal > Terminal Management > Open the terminal for which you want to update the name.
- Press the Trash can symbol to delete the terminal. (See attached).
- Create a new terminal using the same serial number and the desired new terminal name.
- Go to the terminal device and login and the terminal setup completes.
