How to Reset and Reconfigure the App
If you have deleted terminal information from the KOMOJU dashboard >Terminal > Terminal Management, you can reconfigure it by following the steps below.
1: Long-press the app icon and tap "App info"
2: Enter the configuration password
Password: 350000
3: Select "Storage & Cache"
4: Tap "Clear cache"
5: Restart the app
*Restarting the device itself is not required.
6: Enter the configuration PIN
Enter the configuration PIN found on the "Terminal" page of the KOMOJU Merchant Portal and proceed with the setup as usual.
