When you are unable to log in to the KOMOJU terminal
- Ensure the serial number you entered on your KOMOJU dashboard while registering the terminal is the same as that on the back of your terminal device. (check the registered terminals here)
- Check your terminal details in KOMOJU dashboard to ensure the Terminal set up PIN is correct. (check the registered terminals here)
