If the terminal does not turn on, please try the following two actions.
- Ensure your terminal has enough battery. Try plugging in the charger.
- Long-press the power button on the left side of the device.
If neither of the above works, please contact our support team from here with the serial number of the terminal.
*The serial number can be found on the back of the device or on the back of the box in which the device was shipped.
