Account Manager Dashboard Overview
① Available Amount: The combined total of the amount topped up to the card account and the unsettled balance within the merchant account (*).
② Card Account Balance: The actual amount topped up to the card account. Any card refunds will be reflected in this balance.
③ Spent This Month: The total amount spent during the current month, minus any refunded amounts.
④ Total Cashback / Total Rewards: The lifetime total of cashback rewards earned through card usage.
- When Auto Top-Up is ON: The full "Available Amount" can be used (within the card usage limit set for the account).
- When Auto Top-Up is OFF: Only the remaining funds within the topped-up balance can be used.
(*) "Within the account" refers to the KOMOJU account you use as a merchant.

Card User Dashboard Overview
① Amount Spent: The total amount spent with the card you own.
② Card Available Amount: The remaining balance available on the card, calculated by subtracting the spent amount from the topped-up amount.
③ Monthly Card Limit: The maximum spending limit assigned to the card you own.
④ Unconfirmed Amount: Transaction amounts that have been temporarily authorized/reserved but not yet fully settled by the merchant.
