How to Use the KOMOJU Tap to Pay App
What you can do
- Process contactless card payments
- View recent payments
- Process refunds
- Send e‑receipts
Transaction history
- The app shows the last 7 days of transactions for the signed‑in user.
- In‑app search supports up to 30 days.
- Use the KOMOJU > Payments to view your full history.
Users & devices
- One app user can be logged in on one device at a time. Logging in on a new device signs the previous one out.
- Create multiple users to operate multiple devices concurrently (*There is no limit to the number of users that can be created.).
Cardholder verification
Depending on the card and amount, additional verification (e.g., signature as part of 3DS) may be requested.
