How to Check the KOMOJU Order ID in the Tap to Pay App

When reviewing your transaction details on the KOMOJU dashboard, the Receipt Number displayed in the Tap to Pay app corresponds to the KOMOJU Order ID.

Step 1: Log in to the Tap to Pay app > Tap History

Step 2: Select the relevant transaction > Copy the Receipt Number

Step 3: Go to the KOMOJU Dashboard > Payments > Click More Filters

Step 4: Paste the copied Receipt Number into the Order ID field > Click Done
