Can't sign in
- Check that your internet connection is stable.
- Reset your password via KOMOJU > Tap to Pay.
- If you still have issues, please contact us.
“Try a Different Card” or unable to read card
This may be a contactless card that your payment configuration does not support (e.g., cards with limited acceptance outside certain regions).
Logged in but the app isn't working
- Ensure your device is Android and NFC is enabled.
- Make sure Developer mode is OFF and Location is ON.
