Note:
You cannot log in using an email address that is not registered with KOMOJU, and inquiries sent from unregistered addresses will not appear in your history.
How to Read the My requests Page
All communications using the email address you used to log in to the KOMOJU admin dashboard are displayed in a list along with their statuses.
The statuses are as follows, and you can filter by category using the “Status:” option in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Tickets marked “Open” (red) are currently being processed by KOMOJU team, so please wait for a response from us.
Tickets with the “Awaiting Response from Merchant” status require a reply from the merchant, so please check to see if there are any tickets with this status.
