Note:
You cannot log in using an email address that is not registered with KOMOJU, and inquiries sent from unregistered addresses will not appear in your history.
Regarding the subject line
For tickets with the “Awaiting response from merchant” status, those with subject lines beginning with “【Reply requested】” may have a response deadline. Please review the ticket and reply promptly.
