What is the payout cycle and payout date for sales proceeds?

You can check your next scheduled payout date at any time via the "Payouts" section in the Merchant Dashboard.

Sales proceeds are transferred to your designated bank account, minus transaction fees, based on the payout cycle (monthly or weekly) configured for your account.

Steps to Check Your Scheduled Payout Date

Follow these steps to confirm your next payout date:

  1. Click on "Financial" in the sidebar menu.
  2. Select "Settlements."
  3. Check the date listed under the "`Transfer date" column in the list.

Types of Payout Cycles

Depending on your contract, one of the following cycles will apply:

  • Weekly Payout: Closes every Sunday, paid the following Friday (minimum of 5 business days).
  • Monthly Payout: Closes at the end of the month, paid at the end of the following month.
  • Minimum Payout Amount: If the cumulative total is less than 1,000 JPY (30,000 JPY for international transfers), it will be carried over to the next period.
