Payment Links allow you to accept payments from any communication channel simply by issuing a URL, requiring no development. Customers are redirected to KOMOJU's secure hosted page, where they can complete their payment using approved payment methods.
Alternative to Inventory Management (Automatic Link Deactivation Settings)
Currently, Payment Links themselves do not support system-level inventory tracking (inventory management). However, you can effectively limit sales quantities and manage deadlines (automatic deactivation) by specifying the following conditions under "Advanced Settings" when creating or editing a link.
- Set link usage limit (e.g., limited quantity sales)
Check the box and specify the maximum number in the "Enter usage limit" field. The link will automatically be deactivated (unable to accept payments) once the specified number of payments is completed.
*Note: If payments have already occurred on the link, you must specify a number greater than or equal to the "current number of completed payments" (e.g., if 2 payments are already complete, enter 2 or more). - Set expiration date (e.g., limited-time sales)
Check the box and specify a particular date from the calendar via "Select a date". The link will automatically be deactivated once that date has passed.
*If these "Advanced Settings" are not configured, the generated link will be valid indefinitely.

If your review is complete, log in to the KOMOJU dashboard and try creating a new link from Payment Links in the left menu. You can check the payment status of configured links from Transactions or Payout History in the dashboard.
