This article explains the steps to manually generate URLs for Payment Links and Quick Payment Links (QPL) from the KOMOJU dashboard. This does not apply to automated payments via Shopify integrations or APIs. Create links from the menu in Live mode and share them with your customers.
How to Create a Standard Payment Link / Quick Payment Link
Log in to KOMOJU and click Payment Links on the left menu to create a link using either of the following methods.
A. Creating quickly via Quick Payment Link (QPL)
- Click the dedicated Quick Link button on the screen.
- Enter the minimum required payment details. (*If you want to add more information, open the Advanced settings accordion).
- Click Save to instantly issue the link.
B. Configuring detailed settings via the standard Create button
- Click the New Link button on the screen.
- Fill in the Payment Link details below and click Save.

| Image | Upload an image of the product or service. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and JPEG (Maximum file size: 2MB). |
| Language | Select the language to be displayed on the hosted payment page from "Japanese", "English", or "Korean". |
| Status | When set to "Active", the link can accept payments. When set to "Inactive", payments are disabled. |
How to Share the Link
You can share the created link with your buyers (customers) using the following methods:
- Copy the generated Payment Link URL and share it with the buyer (via email, LINE, social media messages, etc.).
- Depending on your needs, you can also download the QR code or copy the image to share.
Next Action
After sharing the URL or QR code with the customer, check the Transactions menu on the left side of the dashboard to see if the payment status (e.g., captured/completed) has been updated.
