This article explains the steps to manually generate URLs for Payment Links and Quick Payment Links (QPL) from the KOMOJU dashboard, from creation and sharing to checking the total sales. This does not apply to automated payments via Shopify integrations or APIs. You will create the links in Live mode, share them with customers, and then review the sales summary.

A section is available to check the performance (total sales summary) at a glance for each created Payment Link. You can view the following key metrics from the link's details screen.
- Captured amount: The total amount successfully collected from customers who paid via this link. Refunded and chargeback amounts are not included.
- Captured payments: The number of successful payments made via this link. Refunded and chargeback payments are not included.
- Pending payments: The number of payment attempts that were started but not completed successfully (e.g., abandoned or failed).
- Refunded payments: The number of payments made via this link that were later fully refunded. Partially refunded payments are not included.
Next Action
After sharing the URL or QR code with the customer, open the details screen of the respective link from Payment Links on the left menu bar to check if the metrics (paid amounts and counts) are reflected in the "Total Sales Summary" section, or check individual payment statuses from Transactions on the left menu bar.
