We would like to inform you of the payout schedule for the year end and New Year holidays.
In case the payout date is on a non-business day of a bank, the transfer will be made on the next business day of the bank in accordance with KOMOJU Merchant Services Terms of Use.
The payout date is stated on the "Settlement Notice" which can be downloaded from the Settlement or Payout balance of the KOMOJU administration page.

【 Monthly payout cycle】
The sales for November 2023 will be transferred on January 4th, 2024 (Thu).
*Please note that remittance of November sales will be made on January 4th, 2024 (Thu), as transfers will be suspended on Sunday, December 31st and the first three days of New Year's Day.

【 Weekly payout cycle】
The sales from December 23rd to 29th will be transferred on January 5th, 2024 (Fri).
*Weekly payout cycle is not affected by holidays, and transfers will be made as usual.
