【Review response during closure dates】
During the following year end and New Year holidays, KOMOJU will temporarily suspend reviewing Live applications and payment methods, as well as all related operations.
Please note that this will also apply to any replies to all inquiries regarding review during the closure dates.
All applications received during the closure date will be processed in order from January 4th, 2024 (Thu) onward, but it may take longer than usual.
We would appreciate it if you could submit your application as early as possible before the New Year's holiday period if you are in a hurry.
