A. No. There will be no changes to the service or how you use KOMOJU as a result of this company name change.
Q2. Do we need to take any actions or complete any procedures?
A. No. No action is required. However, please determine whether you need to update your vendor records or other internal registrations in accordance with your company’s internal procedures.
Q3. When will the remitter name (bank transfer payer name) for payouts change?
A. Starting with payouts made on or after May 1, 2026, the remitter name will be updated to the new company name on a rolling basis.

Q4. When will the name printed on the receipt issued to payers at convenience stores change to “KOMOJU Co., Ltd.”?
A. The timing for switching the printed name (such as the “Contact Information” section) on receipts issued at convenience stores to “KOMOJU Co., Ltd.” will be determined in coordination with our convenience store payment partners after the effective date of our corporate name change (March 5, 2026). Therefore, the specific switch date has not yet been decided at this time.
Until the switch is completed, even if the receipt continues to display “DEGICA Co., Ltd.”, please note that the corporate entity and its rights and obligations remain the same following the name change, and this will not affect the validity of the transaction.
Q5. From when will the change of the remitter name apply to refunds for convenience store / bank transfer / Pay-easy transactions processed from the KOMOJU Admin Panel?
A. For refunds processed on or after May 1, 2026, the remitter name will be gradually updated to the new corporate name.
