Please note that “Lotte Card”, “BC Card”, and “KB Card” are currently not available.

Error messages when using “Lotte Card”, “BC Card”, or “KB Card”
When consumers attempt to make a payment using the above card brands, the following error messages may appear. If consumers inquire about these messages, please advise them to use another payment method.

Announcement on your website
To avoid confusion among consumers, please clearly indicate on your website that “Lotte Card”, “BC Card”, and “KB Card” are currently not available.
*If you are using Shopify, you can control which card brand icons appear on the checkout screen. Please follow the steps below to hide the icons for these brands.

Turn off the toggle for the applicable card brand(s) (i.e., toggle positioned on the left), then click “Save” to complete the process.
*Woori Card cannot be displayed because Shopify does not provide an icon for this brand. However, the card itself remains available for use.
