Please note that we will not be able to respond to any replies regarding review matters during this time.Applications submitted during the closure will be processed sequentially starting from Monday, January 5, 2026, but it may take longer than usual.
If your application is time-sensitive, we kindly ask that you submit it in advance, before the holiday period begins. -

Inquiries received during the holiday period will be handled sequentially from Monday, January 5, 2026, but please be aware that responses may take longer than usual.
If the scheduled payout date falls on a banking holiday, the payout will be processed on the next business day, in accordance with our KOMOJU Merchant Services Terms of Use.

Monthly Payout Cycles
Payouts for November 2025 sales will be made on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Weekly Payout Cycles
Payouts for sales between December 20 and December 26, 2025, will be made on Monday, January 5, 2026.
