About Refund Errors
Refunds via the KOMOJU system can only be processed within the amount available in your unsettled balance.
Therefore, if the requested refund amount exceeds your unsettled balance, the refund cannot be processed.
Refunds do not necessarily have to be issued through KOMOJU. If your unsettled balance is insufficient to cover the refund amount, please consider issuing the refund directly to the customer's bank account or through alternative methods.
About Unsettled Balance
- "Unsettled balance" refers to "sales revenue before the closing date." Since the unsettled balance is recorded after deducting transaction fees, the balance after deducting these fees must be equal to or greater than the refund amount.
- If the refund amount exceeds the unsettled balance, the refund request will be rejected. You will not be able to submit a refund request until new transactions occur that can offset the refund amount.
