[Shopify] How to Display Smartphone Payments (PayPay / Merpay) Individually

If you have already configured the grouped display setting (KOMOJU - Smartphone Payment), the payment options will be duplicated.

When switching, please be sure to refer to How to disable the settings and remove the existing setup.
*Note: The LINE Pay service ended on February 28, 2025.

To display PayPay and Merpay as independent payment options on the Shopify checkout screen, install the "KOMOJU - PayPay" and "KOMOJU - Merpay" apps individually.

Integration steps for each smartphone payment app

  1. Log in to the KOMOJU dashboard and select [Settings] from the left menu.
  2. Under the Shopify setup section, select [Click here to start].
  3. On the Shopify store connection page, click the [Connect] button next to the payment method you want to add (e.g., "KOMOJU - PayPay").
  4. Select the Shopify store you want to connect to, and click [Install] at the top right of the screen.
  5. Click [Install] again at the bottom right of the following screen.
  6. Select the target KOMOJU account and click [Connect].
  7. Click [Enable] to complete the setup. To add other payment methods, please repeat these steps.

Next steps:

After completing the setup, verify that each payment method (e.g., PayPay) is displayed correctly with its individual logo on the Shopify checkout screen. Additionally, we recommend performing a test payment to confirm that it is successfully recorded in the [Transactions] section of the KOMOJU dashboard.
