When a payment is made on Shopify, the following purchaser information is shared from Shopify with KOMOJU. For some payment methods, additional information is also shared.
Information shared
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Address (billing and shipping) and company name
- Language setting
- Transaction information (payment amount, currency, payment ID, etc.)
For some payment methods, the following information is also shared
- Card information (shared in encrypted form)
- IP address, browser information (user agent), and browser language setting
Information obtained on our payment page
For payment methods that use our payment page, KOMOJU directly obtains the information the purchaser enters on the payment page (which varies by payment method) and the IP address and browser information at the time of access.
