[Shopify] Desired payment method is missing from the Shopify admin panel – KOMOJU Help Center

If the payment method you want to add (such as au PAY or Alipay) does not appear on your store's payment settings page, you must install it via the KOMOJU Dashboard. Please do not search for or add payment methods directly from the Shopify admin panel.

Why is it not showing? (Correct installation steps)

Some payment methods provided by KOMOJU (such as au PAY, Alipay, convenience store payments, and smartphone payments) will not appear even if you search for them in your store's admin panel (Settings Payments Add payment methods). To ensure the payment methods function correctly, you must install them via the KOMOJU Dashboard.

Installation steps from the KOMOJU Dashboard

Log in to the KOMOJU Dashboard and select "Settings" from the left-hand menu.
Select "Set up Shopify".
Click "Connect" next to the payment method you want to add.
After being automatically redirected to your store's admin panel, click "Connect" and then "Install app".

[Important] If you have already installed it directly from your store's admin panel
Installing payment methods directly from the Shopify screen is incorrect and will cause payment processing errors. If you have already installed it, please completely "Remove (Deactivate)" the payment method from the Shopify admin panel under "Settings" "Payments", and then make sure to reinstall it from the KOMOJU Dashboard following the steps above.

Next Steps

Open the "Settings" menu in the KOMOJU Dashboard, click the "Connect" button for the corresponding payment method under "Set up Shopify", and complete the installation using the correct procedure.
