You can apply for Konbini (convenience store) payments at the same time as credit card payments and other methods, or add them after you have started operating. The review is carried out separately for each convenience store chain.
Adding Konbini Payments
Even if you are already using KOMOJU, you can apply to add Konbini payments. Please see the following for how to apply.
Estimated Review Period
The review period for Konbini payments differs by convenience store chain.
| Target | Estimated time to complete review |
|---|---|
| Konbini payments (excluding Seven-Eleven) | Usually 3 to 4 business days |
| Seven-Eleven | Usually about 1 to 2 months |
If You Have Already Passed a Review with Another Provider
Even if you already use Konbini payments through another payment service, KOMOJU carries out its own review based on uniform criteria. This is because reviews are conducted individually based on agreements with each convenience store chain. Please plan for the same review period as a new application.
Setting the Payment Deadline
You can change the payment deadline for Konbini payments to up to 59 days. Please see the following for how to set it.
Detecting Expired Payments and Automating Processing
You can build a setup that receives payment expiry and payment completion via Webhook and triggers processing such as automatically issuing e-tickets. Please see the developer documentation for implementation details.
Konbini Payment Fees
Transaction fee rates differ by payment method.
