[Websites] Live Application (Production Environment) Review Criteria and Preparation – KOMOJU Help Center

To ensure a smooth KOMOJU onboarding review for your website, you must provide "Specified Commercial Transactions Act details" and have a "published sales page (or accessible test environment)." Please prepare these before submitting your Live Application.

Looking to integrate into a mobile app?

Important: We cannot proceed with the review if your site is inaccessible or lacks sufficient content. If your site is not yet public, you must provide access instructions (such as a viewing password) in the "Remarks" field of the application form.

1. Two Requirements to Pass the Review

Specified Commercial Transactions Act: The placement and content of this information on your site are subject to review. For required items and preparation instructions, please check the What is the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act"? page.
Sales Page Preparation: Ensure that the products or services you are selling are clearly visible and verifiable.

2. If the Site is Not Yet Public (Test Environment)

If the content reflects what will be published, we can conduct the review using your test environment. When presenting a test environment, you must enter access instructions, such as viewing passwords, in the "Remarks" field of the Live Application form.

3. What to Do if You Cannot Provide a Test Environment

If it is difficult to provide a test environment, you must submit the following screenshots (images) as review materials.

Screen transitions from the "Top Page to Payment Completion" on your site
Where the products/services sold and their prices are displayed (several images of product pages)
The link location for the Specified Commercial Transactions Act (must be accessible from the top page)
An image where all details listed under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act are clearly readable
The location of the inquiry form

[How to Submit Images]: Please write "To be submitted separately" in the remarks column. The Merchant Screening Team will contact you, so please submit the document by attaching it to your reply.

*If there are any deficiencies or missing documents, our review team will contact you at your registered email address. Please reply according to the instructions in the email.
