How to Create a Page for Information Required by the Specified Commercial Transactions Act
Even if you do not have a page for information required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions on your store website, you can create it from the KOMOJU Dashboard.
This feature is available for merchants using KOMOJU for online stores or payment link.
Below are the steps to create the page on KOMOJU.
Step 1: Create a KOMOJU account and click “Start accepting payments”

Step 2: Application Form > Site Information
Step 3: “ Do you have an SCTA page?” > Select “No”
If “Do you have an SCTA page?” is set to “Yes”
If you already have a page based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, select “Yes” and enter the URL of the page.

What Information Can Be Created Within KOMOJU
When you select “No”, an input form will be displayed in the KOMOJU Dashboard to create the page.
The main items you will be asked to enter are:
- Additional fees
- Timing of product delivery or service provision
- Payment deadlines
- Policies regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations
- Any special terms, additional notes, or guidelines that should be communicated to customers

Based on the information entered above, KOMOJU will automatically generate the page.
About the Automatically Generated Page
The generated page will be displayed when customers proceed to the payment screen via KOMOJU.
Therefore, even if you do not have this page on your online store, it can still be provided within KOMOJU.
Editing the Automatically Generated Page
You can edit the content from the “Settings” > Account details > SCTA page on KOMOJU in the KOMOJU Dashboard.
