To use Live Mode with a corporate account on KOMOJU, you must fill out the required information for your company, representative, website, and bank account, as well as submit personal identification documents (and business licenses if applicable) for review.
1. Documents to Prepare in Advance for Upload
The following document images (JPG, PNG, etc.) are required during the application process. Please ensure they are valid and within their expiration dates.
(1) Personal Identification Document of the Company Representative or Applicant (Any one of the following)
- Passport
- Driver's License (Both sides + Side - 45° Angle)
- Residence Card (Both + Side - 45° Angle)
- My Number Card (Front side + Side - 45° Angle — please do NOT upload the back side)
- *If an "Applicant" is registered separately from the Corporate Representative, the applicant's identification documents are also acceptable.
(2) Business / Sales License (Required only for specific industries)
- Please submit this only if your products or services require a specific license (e.g., Secondhand Dealer License [古物商許可証], Specially Controlled Medical Devices Sales License [高度医療機器販売許可証], Liquor Sales License [酒類販売業免許], etc.).

① Company Information (会社情報)

| Company Phone Number / Main Representative Phone Number | Enter a phone number where you can be reached during business hours. |
| Registered Address (登記住所) | Enter the official address exactly as it appears on your corporate registration certificate (登記簿謄本). |

| Industry / Business Description | Select your industry from the dropdown (e.g., Retail) and enter your primary business activities (e.g., Clothing Sales) in detail. |
| Number of Employees | Enter the approximate number of current employees. |
| Date of Incorporation (設立年月日) | Enter the official registration date (登記日) of the corporation. |
| Customer Support Contact Name | Enter the support/contact name that will be disclosed to buyers (end-users) on your online shop. |
| Customer Support Email / Phone Number | Enter the email address and phone number that can be publicly disclosed to buyers (end-users). |

| Commercial Disclosure Address (特商法記載の住所) | Enter the operational address exactly as it is stated on your website's "Commercial Disclosure" (Specified Commercial Transactions Act) page. |
| Products / Services Offered | Select the most appropriate option from the dropdown menu. |
| Annual Sales / Average / Minimum / Maximum Unit Price | Enter your store's annual sales (estimates are acceptable for pre-launch stores) and the corresponding unit prices of your products. |

④ Bank Account Information for Payouts (売上金の振込先の口座情報)

| Payout Cycle Selection | Select your preferred payout frequency: "Monthly" (毎月) or "Weekly" (毎週). |
